This is the website of Composition Lab operated and owned by
Psappha Limited. The primary purpose of this site is to provide a
resource for students aged between 11 and 18 and their teachers,
not to gather personal information. We do, however, gather some
information that is described below. The information we collect is
used to improve the content of our site, to notify visitors about
updates to our site, and to contact visitors for marketing
purposes.
Information Gathered
For each visitor to our site, our server may automatically
recognize the visitor's domain name. We collect the domain name of
visitors to our site, the e-mail addresses of those who provide it
to us or who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate and
user-specific information on what pages visitors access, and
information volunteered by the user, such as survey information
and/or site registrations. We reserve the right to moderate
comments left on the site through Facebook and other social
media.
Use Of Information
If you supply us with your email address on-line you will receive
periodic emailings from us with information on new products and
services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such
mailings, please let us know via e-mail. We will NOT share this
information with any third party companies or organisations. With
respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with nor have special
relationships with any ad server companies.
Option To Restrict Use Of Information
If you do not wish to receive e-mail from us in the future, please
inform us via e-mail or opt-out online.
Changes To The Use Of Information
From time to time, we may use customer information for new,
unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy policy.
If our information practices change at some point in the future, we
will contact you before we use your data for these new purposes to
notify you of the policy change and to provide you with the ability
to opt out of these new uses.
Customers may prevent their information from being used for
purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by
sending us e-mail.
Customer Review
Upon request we provide site visitors with access to information
that we maintain about them. Users can request access to this
information via e-mail. Visitors can have this information
corrected by sending us e-mail.
Security
When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive
information such as financial information, visitors are redirected
to a secure server for the transfer of data. Appropriate security
measures are in place to protect against the loss, misuse or
alteration of information that has been collected from you at our
site. We do not store or have access to any card details supplied
by customers this is all dealt with by third parties including
PayPal.
